Terms of sitting

These terms apply when you request, schedule, or receive a catalog performance review, checkout path reading, seasonal assortment sitting, or marketplace listing comparison from Siteridgeway, registered in Vietnam and operating from Lien Chieu Dist., Danang.

Acceptance

Sending an inquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a kickoff constitutes acceptance of these terms. If a written estimate is issued, that estimate and these terms are read together. Where they differ, the estimate governs fees and dates; these terms govern the rest.

The work

Siteridgeway provides human readings of live catalogs and shopper paths. We do not operate a payment checkout, do not take custody of inventory, and do not guarantee unit movement after a sitting. Recommendations are professional opinion based on the files and storefront access you provide.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to share listings, photographs, and sell-through notes. You remain responsible for marketplace rules, consumer labeling, and tax display on your own stall.

Intellectual property

Annotated boards, briefs, and notes prepared by Siteridgeway remain our copyright until the sitting fee is paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them inside your merchant business. You may not resell the brief as a product or present it as another studio’s work. Your photographs and SKU lists remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Siteridgeway’s liability for a sitting is limited to the fees paid for that sitting. We are not liable for lost sales, marketplace penalties, or decisions made by buyers after the readout. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Vietnam.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Danang unless mandatory consumer rules require another venue.
