Studio

A small room in Lien Chieu for large assortments

The official registered business name is Siteridgeway. The studio was established in 2017 after Hoa Nguyen left a multi-brand floor in Danang and began taking private catalog sittings for merchants who sold both from a shopfront and from a stall online.

Early work was local: home textiles, ceramics, and gift boxes packed along the Lien Chieu industrial edge. Merchants brought printouts, leftover cartons, and guest logins. The habit of pinning photographs next to sell-through notes remains the house method. Charts appear only after the object has been named.

Siteridgeway still works from Street: 39 Pham Nhu Xuong in Lien Chieu Dist., with remote readouts when the catalog lives on a marketplace the merchant cannot visit in person. We take conversion analysis as a reading of what shoppers can actually browse — family names, crops, ladders, fees — rather than as a slogan about growth.

How we sit with a merchant

Kickoff is a conversation about the question on the floor. Intake is files and a guest view. The quiet days are for walking the category tree the way a hurried thumb would. The midpoint check exists so a disputed family is argued while the boards are still pencil. The readout is short on purpose.
