Refunds and sitting changes

These rules apply to catalog performance reviews, checkout path readings, seasonal assortment sittings, and marketplace listing comparisons quoted by Siteridgeway. They do not cover goods, subscriptions, or courier delivery, which this studio does not sell.

Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund of a deposit is available if you cancel in writing at least seven days before the agreed kickoff and we have not begun file intake. Requests made after intake starts are considered for a partial refund only.

Full and partial refunds

If Siteridgeway cancels a sitting because the assigned reader is unavailable and no substitute date works, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that sitting. If you cancel after intake, we retain a portion equal to days already spent, documented in the estimate, and return the remainder.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked for an on-site checkout reading, once purchased at your request, is non-refundable except where the carrier refunds us. Time already spent on annotated boards is non-refundable.

Process and method

Write to hello@siteridgeway.click with the sitting date and the reason. We confirm within five working days. Approved refunds return by the same bank transfer or cash method used for the original payment, typically within ten working days after approval.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows

A deposit of thirty percent holds the kickoff week. You may reschedule once, at least five days ahead, without a new deposit. A no-show at an observed checkout session without notice forfeits the session fee. Seasonal sittings that miss the buy window because files arrived late are treated as client delay; a new date is quoted rather than refunded automatically.

Work already started and materials

Once quiet reading days have begun, printed boards and notes already produced stay with Siteridgeway unless the fee for that stage is paid. We do not purchase mill samples or photography on your behalf; if you send physical leftover cartons, you arrange their return.

Exceptions

If guest access you promised never arrives and the sitting cannot proceed, we refund the unused portion after deducting the kickoff hour. Mandatory consumer protections under Vietnamese law remain available where they apply.
