These notes name a service, a constraint, or a material from the actual work. They are not scores.
They spent a morning on our duvet covers, not on a slide about 'the customer journey.' The note about our twin size sitting under a king photo was uncomfortable and correct. We still argue about the navy family, but at least the argument has a photo next to it.
Mai Tran, Owner, home textiles stall · Catalog performance review
The observed session caught our ice-pack fee appearing after the address form. I had walked that path a hundred times and stopped seeing it. The two-page note was dry. That helped. We did not need encouragement; we needed the fee moved up.
Huy Pham, Operations, seafood gift boxes · Checkout path reading
Before school term we almost doubled the glitter straps because they looked busy on the rack. The sitting put last term's returns on the table. Glitter came back for peeling. We bought fewer and put the money into the plain navy pair that actually left the warehouse.
Linh Vo, Buyer, children's sandals · Seasonal assortment sitting
Our own site showed the bowl's foot. The stall cropped it. I thought that was a taste choice. After the comparison I treated it as a missing fact. Export buyers stopped asking whether the piece could sit flat.

Extended note: twin photography on a king card
Mai Tran brought duvet covers whose twin listings lagged while king units moved. During the catalog performance review we printed both first frames. The twin card used the king drape. Shoppers who wanted a narrower bed saw a wider object and left. The brief asked for a true twin hang and a separate price card. Mai still disputes how navy should be grouped; that argument is now next to a photo, which is the point of the sitting.
Extended note: the ice-pack fee after the address
Huy Pham walked his own seafood gift-box checkout so often he no longer saw the ice-pack fee. The checkout path reading put a guest on that path. The fee appeared after the address form. People who had already typed a coastal shipping address treated the extra line as a surprise tax and closed the tab. Moving the fee up did not require a new carton; it required noticing the order of the sentences.
